Free shipping for all Continental USA orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $15. Orders ship within the next business day. Addresses outside the Continental USA, as well as P.O. and A.P.O. boxes, are not eligible.

Yes! You can buy replacement parts for many of our cat trees, including scratching posts, beds, and cushions. You can order them individually, or sign up for our Petpals Refresh Pass for scheduled deliveries. If you’re missing a part or have an issue, check our Support/Policies page to see whether you qualify for a free or discounted replacement.
We currently only ship to the continental U.S.
