Free shipping for all Continental USA orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $15. Orders ship within the next business day. Addresses outside the Continental USA, as well as P.O. and A.P.O. boxes, are not eligible.
Absolutely! Every cat tree comes with a 30-day trial and free returns. It's like a test drive for your kitty to make sure their new tree is puur-fect!
Yes! We offer replacement parts for our cat trees, including scratching posts, beds, and cushions. You can buy them individually or subscribe to our Petpals Refresh Pass for scheduled deliveries. If you're missing a part or have an issue, check our Support/Policies page to see if you're eligible for a free or discounted replacement.
We currently only ship to the continental U.S.
