Warranty Information
All Petpals products are covered by a six‑month warranty against factory defects. If you experience any issues within six months of delivery, our support team is here to help.
Please register your product with us to process a warranty claim, we may request photo or video proof of purchase or of the defective parts.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tears or damage caused by usage.
All warranty resolutions are managed at the discretion of Petpals and may not always result in a full replacement.
