Petpals Group offers a 6-month free replacement part policy within the first six months of your purchase. After six months of your purchase, replacement parts can be purchased through our Replacement Parts tab, or you can send us a request. In order to send your request, please fill out the form below and make sure to include:

- Your order number or proof of purchase

 

- The amount of time you had the product for

​

-  A picture of the cat tree and the part you are looking to replace

​

- Your shipping address
