We believe in giving every cat a loving home, and to show our support, we’re excited to introduce the PetPals® Adoption Rewards Program! If you have adopted a cat in the past 3 months, we will reward you with $30 in store credit.
For adoptions beyond the 3-month period, you’ll receive $20 in store credit as a token of appreciation for giving a furry friend a forever home. These rewards can be used for up to two adopted cats to earn the full credit, for any additional cats, we’ll award $10 per cat.

How it Works (Must Have PetPals Account):
Step 1
Adopt a cat from any shelter or rescue organization. Adoptions in the past 3 months qualify for a $30 reward, and adoptions older than 3 months qualify for a $20 reward. You can receive the full reward for up to two adopted cats, and for any additional cats, you'll earn $10 per adoption!
Step 3
Our team will review your form submission. Once verified and approved by our team, you’ll receive $30 in rewards directly to your account and a notification via email. Or a $20 reward for adoptions older than 3 months. Up to two cats for the full reward, additional cats are awarded $10.
Step 2
Collect proof of adoption, such as an adoption certificate, receipt, or any official document confirming the adoption of your cat.
Step 4
Use your rewards on our website to purchase a brand-new cat tree or anything else your cat will need! Please note, that the rewards are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Step 3
Please provide us with your proof of adoption in the form below! And we'd love to see pictures of your cat!
Step 5

Adoption Reward Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:

New Adoptions: This program is available to customers who have adopted a cat from a shelter or rescue organization within the past 3 months, qualifying for a $30 reward.

Previous Adoptions: Customers who adopted a cat more than 3 months ago are eligible for a one-time reward of $20 upon verification. Additional cats beyond the first two will receive $10 per adoption.
How to Redeem:

Submit proof of adoption to customerservice@catrygroup.com. Acceptable proof includes an adoption certificate, receipt, or any other documentation confirming the adoption.

Upon verification, you will receive $30, $20, or $10 in rewards that can be used on our website to purchase a cat tree or cover starting costs for your new feline friend.

The $30, $20, and $10 rewards are only valid for use on our website.

The reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

The reward must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.

You can receive up to $30 in rewards for two adopted cats, and an additional $10 per cat for any additional adoptions.
Limitations:

Only one reward per adoption is permitted. Do not complete this process multiple times.
